Here's my philosophy on taxes: I like to think of tax preparation as more than just putting numbers on a tax return. I prefer to take a longer term perspective and look at opportunities for tax planning so you can make the best decisions about your money.

Prices start at $400 for individual tax returns (Form 1040)
Prices start at $1,000 for non-profit (Form 990), partnership (Form 1065)
and S corporation (Form 1120-S) tax returns
Accounting and
Bookkeeping
Focus your attention on your business and let me handle all the tedious back end tasks to make sure all your money is accounted for. With cloud-based accounting, I can record and categorize your bank and credit card transactions, reconcile your bank accounts, and produce basic financial statements. If you have employees, I can also help set up and process payroll through Gusto.
Please note: I am currently at capacity for monthly accounting clients but have some availability for quarterly accounting services.

As your business grows, you may find that you want to see more of the bigger picture instead of just the details of your financial transactions. At the same time, you're not ready to take the plunge and hire a full-time CFO. That's where a Fractional CFO comes in. This support level offers a strategic perspective on the business without needing to hire a full-time employee, allowing you to scale up as you need to at a price point that makes sense for you. It includes all of the Accounting and Bookkeeping level support and adds detailed financial analysis including cash flow projections and future year budgeting. I'll also meet with you periodically to talk about how things are going and where you'd like to be in the months and years to come.
